Mean Well ICL-16R / ICL-16L is a 16A AC inrush current limiter designed to reduce high startup current caused by capacitive loads in switching power supplies and other equipment. It prevents nuisance tripping of circuit breakers during power-on.

After installing the ICL-16, multiple power supplies can be connected to the same AC line.
