Mean Well ICL-28L is an AC inrush current limiter designed to reduce high startup currents generated by switching power supplies, LED drivers and other capacitive loads. It helps prevent nuisance tripping of circuit breakers when multiple power supplies are switched on simultaneously.

The ICL-28L features a linear housing with terminal block connections and is intended for installation inside electrical equipment or control cabinets. An integrated bypass relay minimizes power loss after the startup phase and ensures stable operation.
