Mean Well ICL-28R is an AC inrush current limiter designed to reduce high startup currents generated by switching power supplies, LED drivers, and other capacitive loads. It helps prevent nuisance tripping of circuit breakers when multiple power supplies are switched on simultaneously.

The ICL-28R is designed for DIN rail mounting and allows multiple power supplies to be connected to the same AC line. An integrated bypass relay minimizes power loss after the startup phase and ensures stable operation.
